I purchased the vortexx homeowner 2700 Psi washer. This is a well built washer, connections are in the open , easy to use and the quality is good. The large tires make it easy to move the machine over my rough ground and rock areas around my house.. It is easy to use and did a great job washing my deck, house and cars.. As they say try it you will like it.

I’ve had a few pressure washers from Home Depot and Lowes. They’ve all done a decent job — but died after only moderate use within 3-4 years. Either the pump gives out, the engine won’t crank and requires frequent servicing, or small components wear out and break (i.e. The pull/start rope). After doing some research, I found Vortexx and visited a local dealer to see their pressure washer in person. I was immediately sold on the machine. Granted, there are other brands that tout the similar performance specifications for about $100 less, but I am already very familiar with their performance past a few seasons of use. I was impressed with the quality of their parts and craftsmanship. It’s a really nice pressure washer, period. The chassis and wheels are far superior–it makes the task of moving the machine around the house much less of a hassle. The hoses and wand are excellent–they are much more durable and long lasting than the previous models I’ve owned. The engine turns over like a breeze in one or two pulls–not like a mass-marketed home owner’s brand! Finally, the pump is extremely well built and I don’t deal with the constant on again; off again cycling that causes some pressure washers to build pressure after a few seconds of use. If you’re going to make a purchase, spend the few extra dollars to ensure the kind of quality that Vortexx provides.

  3. Cory Schrock

A local dealer threw in a Vortexx pressure washer with the purchase on a new commercial lawn mower……. I was sure glad they did. Great quality, built for long hard use. I’d never buy another line of pressure washers.

  4. Richard Z

Was tired of buying a power washer every 2 years, decided to spend some extra money on a well made unit made in the USA. This thing is a beast leaps and bounds above the others.

  5. Don T.

I am very pleased with the product and the fact that it is made in USA. Seems well built, starts easy and runs well. The only thing improvement I would like to see is a longer handle to roll it around.

  6. Brian S.

I’m thoroughly happy with this product! I’ve been using it for two seasons now here in Michigan and it has not let me down yet. The Honda motor is excellent, starts easy and runs perfectly every time. It’s so easy to start too. As a career, my job is in product management; where I take a product concept and bring it through development and finally commercialized to compete with other products within its class. My point here is that I have over 17 years of reaserching competitive products to pick them apart in order to successfully commercialize better products of my own. That said, I did a great deal of product reaserching before buying this pressure washer to know that you will not find a better product in the market. It’s well built with nothing but quality parts, by a company that only focuses on pressure washers. I position Vortexx as an industry leader within their category and appreciate the fact that they are from the U.S.

  7. Robert Wiedemann

Works good wish it pressure switch, so it will not run with water off!

  8. Derek W

I have owned many power washers and this is the easiest to start with Honda motor and to use. I am exceptionally proud of the made in USA. I use this to power wash houses and it has always performed 100% each and every time. I look forward to using this for years to come.

    Great product, great support.

I first started looking for a new pressure washer after my Troy Built 2350 went out on me after 3 years of light use. I started my search on the internet looking for a better quality pressure washer and came across the Vortexx. From the beginning, I was impressed but was not sure if I wanted to pay the extra compared to the units at Lowes or Home Depot.

Well I ended up letting Lowes sell me on a Generac One Wash for (after taxes) $481.00. I thought I’d made a good deal. Let me tell you, I got one days work out of the Generac then when I tried to start it the next day (after three to four hours) – it never started. Now, I’m 55 years old and have owned a lot of small engine equipment in my life; in other words, I’ve been around the block a few times but this thing would not start. I tried Generac’s customer service and ended up talking to a young lady, i think, from the Phillipines, who didn’t know diddly squat about the unit. All she could offer was a repair contact. I told her the only place I’d consider taking this unit would be to Lowes for my money back. Which is what I did. Remember, this was less than eighteen hours after spending nearly $500.00 for this thing!!

Long story short, I ended up back to my first inclination which was the Vortexx. I found a dealer near me (from their web page) and my wife and I went over and bought the Homeowner + unit. Yes I ended up spending a bit more but there was no assembly required, built like a brick outhouse and it starts up like a dream with the Honda engine. I couldn’t be happier with this Vortexx pressure washer. Think long and hard before you spend $400.00 – $500.00 at at box store. You can’t go wrong with a Vortexx.

This washer is very well built with good parts. I like the solid construction no loose parts. Anything I wash comes out clean. Tom was very helpful when I was in the process of purching the washer.

  12. Joe B.

Very nicely put together with good quality components. Performance excellent and, so far, durability is perfect. Customer assistance is also great.
