To enter, submit a review of a product sold on VortexxPressureWashers.com or through an authorized Vortexx Pressure Washers dealer, using the entry method outlined below.

The Contest is sponsored by Vortexx Pressure Washers.

The Contest begins on July 1, 2018, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends on December 31, 2018, at 11:59 p.m. (the “Contest Period”). The website server is the official clock for this Contest.

Go online to VortexxPressureWashers.com during the Contest Period and click on the icon, banner or link to take you to the Vortexx Pressure Washers Review Contest entry page. Follow the onscreen directions to upload your video and submit the online entry form to be eligible for the Grand Prize for the current month. For your Entry to be valid, you must complete all required information. Persons may enter as many times as they wish but each Entry must be unique.

Videos must mention the product reviewed, must mention Vortexx Pressure Washers, and must link to the product page of the website being reviewed. Videos will be posted on VortexxPressureWashers.com, Youtube.com and/or other websites, platforms, and media as Sponsor determines in its sole discretion. Videos must be the original work of the entrant; must not infringe any third party’s rights; must not contain obscene or pornographic material; must not contain defamatory statements; must not invade privacy, publicity or other rights of any person, firm or entity; may not in any other way violate applicable laws and regulations; may not contain any reference to any third party trademarks, names or third party logos, except for Sponsor’s; and may not contain any copyrighted works owned by third parties. Entries containing prohibited material or inappropriate content, or deemed to be in violation of these Official Rules or otherwise infringing, harmful, inappropriate, or defamatory, or generally not in keeping with the image of the Sponsor, as determined by the Sponsor in Sponsor’s sole discretion, may be disqualified and will not be eligible to participate in the Contest. Any entrant whose Entry contains likenesses of third parties must be able to provide legal releases for Sponsor’s use of such Entry, in a form satisfactory to the Sponsor, upon request, prior to award of prize and/or naming of entrant as a winner. All Entries become the sole property of Sponsor and submission of an Entry with a video grants Sponsor and its agents the unconditional, irrevocable, worldwide right to publish, use, adapt, edit and/or modify the video submitted in any way, in whole or in part, in any and all media, without limitation, and without further consideration to the entrant, whether or not such Entry is selected as a winning Entry.

Entrant understands and agrees his/her video submission may receive exposure on Sponsor’s website, one of Sponsor’s network sites and/or Youtube.com and/or other websites, platforms, and media as Sponsor determines in its sole discretion and may be subjected to comments and popularity ratings from the public at large. Sponsor is not responsible in any manner for any critical or derogatory remarks posted by the public pertaining to an entrant or an entrant’s video.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding all Contest matters are final and non-appealable. All submissions are subject to these Official Rules and all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend these Official Rules at any time and Sponsor will post the revised rules on Sponsor’s website. Due to the ongoing nature of the Contest, the Official Rules in effect at whatever time the Entry is judged will apply.

Sponsor is not responsible for Internet system and hardware failures; delayed, incomplete or unsuccessful transmission of video or other entry information; technical malfunctions of any kind; human error; information loss and downtime; or any costs, losses, liability or damages resulting from any such failures. In the event of any such technical difficulty, malfunction or error, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take such actions as it deems appropriate in keeping with the fairness and integrity of the Contest, including without limitation a determination to take no action.

The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age and older. Employees of Vortexx Pressure Washers, each of its respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies and anyone involved in the production or administration of the Contest, as well as the immediate family/same household members of any of the foregoing individuals, are not eligible to enter or to win any prizes. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, grandchildren, step-grandchildren, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) non-consecutive months a year, whether related or not.

The winner of a Monthly Prize will be notified by Sponsor via the email address used to enter the Contest. Prizes will be awarded to the entrant submitting the video up to 90 days after the winning video has been chosen, provided the entrant certify and establish to Sponsor’s satisfaction that the entrant is the owner(s) of the video and further provided that they have complied with the Official Rules and any other forms as determined by Sponsor.

By submitting an Entry, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, defend and hold harmless Vortexx Pressure Washers, and each of its respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies and each of its respective licensees, assigns, officers, directors, employees, members, partners, agents and representatives, from and against any claim, expense or liability arising from or related to submission, exhibition or exploitation of the Entry or participation in this Contest.

Winners of any monetary prize are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of the Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan. Each entrant consents and agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts of the state of Michigan, located in Wayne County.
