I just wanted to add to my review which is posted on this site dated 12.22.2020. My Vortexx 3000HD is now going on four years old and I’ve hauled it all over Texas and Louisiana and I just wanted to say that this thing is flawless. Change the oil… use fresh gas… and work it! Almost four years later and I’m still so glad I bought this thing. Easy to move and load. Quality parts. For sure I’d buy again.

This is a superb product. I purchased from a dealer in DFW and it was serviced and ready to roll. It starts easy and has plenty of power. Combined with a turbo nozzle it’s a beast. It also looks great and is mounted on a very easy to move cart. The frame is aluminum and one person can actually pick it up and place in the back of a truck. Solid tires are nice too. I’m rarely 100% satisfied and I’m so glad I found the vortexx. Now if I could talk them into making a wall mount electric:)

Superb design and consequent product. Built like a small battleship. User friendly in all respects and works even better than advertised. Customer service is as good as the product. In addition to quickly answering my questions they went well out of their way to have machine delivered as promised when the carrier failed to meet their obligation in that regard. I cannot recommend a product more highly. Was it perfect? No. There was a small cosmetic defect and a leak at a junction that needed to be fixed although the quality check indicated both had been checked and found good. Still, glad to have bought this machine, to recommend it and I do think it was priced very fairly.

1st spring with the professional 3000. After one of the snowiest New England winters on record, the unit did a superb job of washing off the accumulation of road salt and sand on our truck chassis.
The manufacturer claims of the design and quality of these units are not exaggerated. Close inspection is even more impressive than the pictures. In particular with the bypass protection, quality named pump and Honda engine, I expect this unit to last as long as we follow the manufacturer maintenance and procedures.

This pressure washer is awesome. I mean it works great and is well constructed. It is extremely compact and does not weigh that much. My only complaints are that when it was shipped to me the oil was opened and got all over the power washer as well as the paper work. Also the customer services said that all the parts I was ordering were quick connects and the lance and the place where the lance goes into the gun are not quick connects. Other then that got here quick did not realize it was sign only on delivery so keep that in mind. Will let you know more as I use it about 10+ Hrs a week.

I’ve had my Professional 3000 for almost 2 years now and I can’t believe I didn’t buy one sooner. It makes everything easy to clean and using it is trouble free. I would highly recommend buying this unit for your pressure washing needs!

product is superb,has the right pressure and the hose connections are at the side not underneath,and easy to get to. the pump is horizontal with the engine and easy to see the oil level,plus it is a heavy duty pump with replacable parts,not a throwaway. I like the commercial honda eng. everything is easy to get to,and would buy again.

Spent a lot of time researching pressure washers before I bought this unit. There are cheaper units available with similar specs but not this quality. Unit was packaged safely and securely. Connections, hoses are first quality. No washers and nuts to hold the frame together. Runs fairly quietly compared to the racket my old, smaller” big box”
washer. Highly recommended!

Received my Professional 3000 unit today. While the unit is called “Professional”, I can tell you that everything about this pressure washer screams professional. From the packing, right down to every last detail about the machine. Fit and finish is perfect, one can tell that this unit was well thought out when it was designed. Taking the time to overbuild the pump makes it even more solid for the long haul, coupled with the Honda GX200 commercial series engine you have what should be a bullet proof machine that will last many years provided the owner does his job and maintains it properly. Good job, Vortexx!!!
