Weep pressure washer trigger guns allow a small amount of water to continue flowing at all times. The primary goal of this “weeping” action is to prevent guns and high pressure hoses from freezing in cold weather, and can help keep the pump cooler in hotter climates. These guns are very common in car wash, truck wash, and other wash bay environments in northern climates. Weep guns also reduce the initial pressure kick when the trigger is pulled, reducing water hammer effects in the pump.
